Helpful Guide to Ordering W.I.S.E. Coffee


We use one simple style bag on all our coffee to help reduce waste during our processing and packaging process.

Our bags our resealable to help keep your coffee fresher longer.

We use a simple label on on all our coffee to help eleminate the use of harmful inks and to conserve energy during the labeling process.

Three different Roast of the Beans

Light- Lighter-bodied, higher acidity, no obvious roast flavor. This level of roast is ideal for tasting the full origin character of the coffee.

Medium- Sugars have been further caramelized, and acidity has been muted. This results in coffee with higher body, but some roast flavor imposed.

Bold- Bittersweet flavors are prominent, aromas and flavors of roast become clearly evident. Little, if any, origin character remains.

Six Different Styles of Grinds

Whole Bean- The beans ship to you whole, you grind them yourself.

Coarse- The beans our barley broken up, large chunks of coffee beans remain.

Medium Coarse- Coffee beans are broken up to smaller chucks, able to extract more flavor from the beans.

Standard- The most common grind out there, most of the shelf coffees us this grind.

Fine- As the name says this grind is fine, recommended for filter percolators.

Espresso- Extremely fine ground coffee beans, recommended for espresso machines.

Our Roasters and shipping department are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. 

We fulfill all orders within three to five business days.
